GSS Machinery sells a wide range of vacuumlifters and vacuum lifting equipment. These include horizontal lifters, powered lifters, and battery powered lifters.
Transformers should always be remote mounted. Increasingly, local regulations prohibit 3-phase power from running below the hook. This is typically the case for smaller units intended to be operated manually. For safety reasons, the transformer should not be installed in a wall but can be remotely mounted. We offer the appropriate transformers for our lifters. These are shipped in a small box and should be installed by a qualified electrician. It is usually best for this job to be contracted to an electrician or crane installer familiar with your state’s code requirements. Important: ASME B30.20 Regulations (American Standard ASME website) states that this is about "(i). Power Disconnects. (1) The vacuum lifter circuit switches for externally powered hoisting equipment must be separate and have provisions for locking, flagging or tagging the vacuum lifter in the off (on) position. The vacuum lifter disconnection switch must be connected on the line (power supply side), of the disconnect switch for lifting equipment. (2) Externally powered vacuum lifters are not subject to disconnects if they have a 120VAC single phase power source. This calculator is recommended to calculate the voltage drop for wire size, material voltage, phase, distance, and amp draw. Electric Self-Cycling Operation.
EMC-Series lifters include removable pad extensions. The vacuum pads are available in two configurations: they can be mounted inline, for long and narrow loads, and without the extensions, for short and narrow loads. This equipment can be used for a wide range loads and applications by its operators thanks to an ergonomic lifter handlebar as well as a welded metal lifting frame.
The side grip vacuum lifting frames ANVER are designed with a spreader beam. They have adjustable cross arms that have vacuum pads at two sides. This frame is ideal for loading and unloading product onto shipping containers or onto skids.
Once the vacuum level is achieved, the green light will turn on to let you know it's safe and ready for you to lift. Then, you can lower the unit until the chain is relaxed. This will activate the switch and start the release process. Once vacuum has been released from the unit, you can now lift it using the hoist controls.

GSS Machinery is available to help you choose a vacuum lifting machine that will best suit your material handling needs. GSS Machinery is available to answer your questions.
GSS Machinery sells a wide range side gripping vacuum lifting machines and rotators for one person manipulation of loads.
Safety features are a hallmark of Anver Vacuum Manual tilters and upenders. They have become the benchmark for safe load-tilting. Every version has been improved over time to last longer and perform better. All components, including the vacuum generators, pads, frames, controls, hardware and safety features, have been improved. Each aspect of the lifters have been completely redesigned. The latest models are the most advanced Tilters.
The EMC-Series Electric Powered Vacuum Pump Lifters are standard and can significantly reduce the effort involved in lifting heavy loads.
Find the required minimum pad lengthwise. Refer to the table to determine the minimum pads needed for the maximum load length. Then, add the next highest number. For example, if the maximum load length is 120 inches with 60 inch spacing between pads, you should use at least two cups. The minimum number of lifting pads necessary to support the maximum load is determined by multiplying the maximum length by 2L. Next, round up the highest number.
Calculate the number of pads rows required to lift the maximum load width. Divide the maximum load width with the 2L number in the table, and then round up to the next largest number. A load with a width of 72 inches and a spacing between pads of 60 inches (1.2: rounded up at 2) would require a minimum of two pads.
To summarize, a vacuum cup can be able to hold a weight of 11.76 pounds or 5.3 kilograms for every inch of surface area. This calculation assumes that 14.7 psi (pounds per square inch of atmospheric pressure) is available at the location where the vacuum cup will be used.
It's time for you to empty your vacuum cleaner container if it has lost its suction power. There are various mesh or foam filters that can be fitted to vacuum cleaners. If not maintained or cleaned properly, these filters can become clogged. Your vacuum will lose its suction.
Broken belts, electrical problems within the unit or vacuum hoses failing are all common causes of vacuum pump failure.
Vacuum cleaners are difficult to lift. Vacuum cleaners can be heavy and cumbersome, making them difficult to transport around the house. ... High electricity bills. Depending on which vacuum cleaner model you have, the amount of electricity used can vary from hundreds to thousands. ... No Reusable dustbin bags.
